3. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address.
Important: We do not accept “return to sender” or unapproved returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color, provided the item is still in stock.
If unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (based on eligibility).
6. Refund Approval Criteria
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
