1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–3 days.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location. Estimated shipping windows:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, and courier delays may extend delivery times.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and dimensions of your order
  • Current courier rates

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link.
  • Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear, especially during international transit.
  • Tracking may show limited updates until the parcel reaches your country.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Old or outdated addresses saved in customer accounts

If your order is returned due to address errors, additional reshipping fees may apply.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT.
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or customs charges upon arrival.

Modeloria is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasons or public holidays

Lost Packages: If your package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Confirm the correct shipping address
  • Contact the courier for delivery details

Modeloria cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.


8. Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped:

  • From different warehouses
  • In separate packages
  • On different dates

You will receive tracking information for each parcel.


9. Pre-Order & Backorder Items

Estimated shipping times for pre-orders or backorders will be listed on the product page. Ordering such items indicates your agreement to the extended delivery timeframe.


10. Order Cancellations After Shipping

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer want the item, please follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
